Small group training classes are results-driven, meaning you can work out and develop in a welcoming and supportive environment. Really good value, these classes tick all the boxes in helping you to achieve your individual goals, be that weight loss, improved fitness or strength (general or sport specific).


Classes will be split into focusing on Fitness, Strength and Mobility, and each will be treated like a PT class but with the added benefit of group motivation.
The emphasis is always on the quality of the training, with a maximum of four people per group. Along with the training you'll learn all you need to

about nutrition.
