Personal training means you’ll work exclusively with one of our specialist trainers on a one-to-one basis.
It’s our aim to help you reach your health and fitness goals by providing you with the most appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercises.
In our first session we’ll complete a health and fitness assessment to help us understand your current needs and enable the implementation of a safe and effective programme designed specifically for you.
During each assessment we measure the following:

We’ll then design a training schedule to get you reaching your goals. We believe the best and most effective way to keep on track and deliver results is through regular assessments… if we’re not assessing we’re guessing!
By working with a personal trainer you’ll have an expert by your side ready to motivate, guide and push you. For maximum results it’s advised that you work with your trainer as frequently as possible.
