The best bit? After just 6 weeks you’ll have a clear understanding of all basic movement techniques… plus how to programme and structure your workouts.
WHAT & WHERE ARE SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS?
With a maximum of four per group, these sessions deliver effective strength, fitness and mobility exercises to get the most out of the
6 Week Plan. Based on Free Street,
Bishops Waltham, they’re a great opportunity to train with like-minded people instructed by a high quality coach who loves nothing more than getting people to use training to enhance
their lives in general.
Be it in the gym or at home, this programme is still designed for you! You’ll use the True Coach Training app to complete the 6 week programme and, of course, have access to our trainer with any queries you may have. The result? If you’re committed you can get as much out of the programme as if you were in the training sessions.
Whether training in person or remotely, all will have the benefit of additional information and education on how to set-up your meals so you can carry on enjoying the foods you love and still achieve results… all without going on a ‘diet’. Sounds good right?
Using the MyFitnessPal app you will be set personalised nutrition targets so you will be in complete control of what you eat.
A full explanation of how to set this up will be posted on the private members Facebook page. If you’re not on Facebook, no problem, it can be sent via email or WhatsApp.
TRUE COACH COACHING APP
This couldn’t be easier to use and allows those wanting to train remotely access to both home and gym based training programmes.
Once you’ve signed up to the 6 Week Kick-Start programme you’ll gain access to the app.
MEET YOUR TRAINER
Joe is a former international football player.
He has vast experience in both sports strength and conditioning and personal training making him the ideal coach.
“As a trainer the most important thing I can do is understand your wants and needs. Once established, we can work out a structured way to help you achieve them.
I understand each individual is different and comes with particular needs. Using my experience I’ll ensure the training is tailored to your current level of preparedness.”
