Joseph is a former international football player. He has gained vast experience through sports strength and conditioning and as a personal trainer. 

"As a trainer, the first and foremost matter of importance is that I understand your wants and needs. Once this is established, we can work out a structured way to help you achieve these goals.

 

I have worked with many clients, each with varied training goals, including: weight loss, muscle building, strength gain, sporting-specific training and rehabilitation.  We have seen some truly amazing results!

 

The way we train will be dictated by your personal training goal and what you enjoy the most. I aspire to ensure our work together is both enjoyable and progressive.
